My dad has coached me to achieve a great deal of success in the Grand Prix ring. Some highlights of my show jumping career are: 1998 - 1st - Hamilton Grand Prix at 14 years of age on a 5 year old green horse!
1999 - youngest rider to qualify for the Junior/Amateur High Jumpers at the Royal Winter Fair
2001 - Bronze Medalist North American Young Riders Championships
2002 - successfully competed in the Jump Canada Grand Prix Series, Canadian World Cup League and World Equestrian Games Trials
2003 - Jump Canada Bursary Winner and Canadian Marshall and Sterling League Reserve Champion
2005 - Silver Medalist in my first ever dressage competition and first time selected for a Canadian University Equestrian Team |

Canadian Jumper Development Series 2007 will mark Alvin's first year in the show ring. He is a 17 hand ATA registered Trakehner stallion out of our broodmare - Avena Sativa - by Hilton. Alvin will be competing in the Four Year Old Canadian Jumper Development Series - whose mandate is to improve and promote Canadian bred performance horses.
